Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Project Manager who is fluent in French. This pivotal role within our team centers around the coordination and management of complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project coordination activities with various stakeholders, ensuring transparent change management with the services involved, addressing the computerization needs of specific business domains, and handling the intricacies of major projects.

Who you are

You are equipped with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. You have a track record of successfully leading at least five large-scale projects. While a PMP certification is highly desired, it is not a mandatory requirement. Your strengths include excellent communication skills in French (both spoken and written), along with robust analytical, listening, and priority management capabilities. Familiarity with the healthcare network and having a vehicle are advantageous, aligning with the dynamic requirements of this role.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate project risks and handle any issues that arise.
• Regularly report on project status to senior management and other key stakeholders.
